About the role
You will grow and manage our partner network: sourcing new partners, negotiating interconnection agreements, rates and SLAs, and making sure every partner meets our quality and compliance standards.
What you will do
- Source, negotiate with and onboard new partners
- Negotiate interconnection agreements, rates and SLAs
- Monitor partner quality (ASR, ACD) and act on problems
- Manage rate updates and disputes with billing
- Work with the NOC on partner issues
- Make sure partners meet compliance and fraud requirements
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years in carrier relations or wholesale telecommunications
- Interconnection agreements you negotiated (with references)
- A network of partner contacts across several regions
- Rate management and quality metrics (ASR, ACD)
- Partner KYC and fraud controls
- English at CEFR C1 or above (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent)
Expert knowledge
- Interconnection agreements: SLAs, liability, dispute and payment terms
- Rate management: rate decks, margins and quality-based routing decisions
- Partner quality analysis with ASR, ACD and PDD trends
- Partner due diligence, fraud controls and compliance requirements
Preferred qualifications
- Arabic at CEFR C1 or above, written and spoken
- Softswitch platforms (PortaOne, Sippy or similar)
- Middle East and African markets
