About the role
You will own how SOWTK works day to day: processes, systems, suppliers, contracts and reporting. You will make sure every team has what it needs to deliver, and that the company scales without losing quality.
What you will do
- Design, document and improve company processes
- Run our ERPNext system and internal tools
- Manage suppliers, contracts and renewals
- Track KPIs and report to leadership
- Plan capacity and budgets as teams and clients grow
- Support policies, quality and compliance
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years in operations, including 4+ years managing operations in a technology or services company
- An ERP system you ran or rolled out (ERPNext, Odoo, NetSuite or similar)
- Processes and KPIs you designed (examples you can share)
- Supplier and contract management
- Work under ISO 9001 or ISO 27001
- English at CEFR C1 or above (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent)
Expert knowledge
- Process design and mapping (BPMN) with measurable KPIs
- ERP configuration: workflows, permissions and reporting in ERPNext or similar
- Supplier management: SLAs, contract terms and performance reviews
- Capacity and cost planning for a growing services company
Preferred qualifications
- ERPNext administration
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above
- ITIL 4 Foundation
- Helped scale a company through growth
